In the late sixties, Frank Magnuson, an American real estate developer, bought this oceanfront property on Great Exuma and built his dream home, now known as Indigo House. The Exumas are famous for their clear indigo-blue waters and white sand beaches, untouched by modern development, and so beautiful they're visible from space. Indigo House is a serene oasis, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with loved ones. For your convenience, our property manager, Shanell, will escort you from the airport to the house. We recommend renting a car at the airport. Shanell can also help stock the house with groceries and beverages before your arrival; just choose items from a checklist we'll provide. Additionally, we offer catering or an in-house chef to suit any budget and occasion, from cozy breakfasts to grand dinners. The house is equipped with top-notch fiberoptic internet, 5 smart TVs, and a printer, making it ideal for both relaxation and virtual work. Shanell, with her extensive local knowledge, is available to assist with all your needs, ensuring a stress-free and memorable stay at Indigo House. 3,200 Square Feet under air - 4/3.5 sleeps 10-14. Three levels of deck with a lighted boardwalk down to the ocean, onto the pocket beach. Indigo House has boogie boards, snorkel equipment and Adirondack chairs for use at the beach.

Starter dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, and paper towels. House cleaning every 3 days during your stay, additional housekeeping is available.

Indigo House has 5 smart TV's, Bose sound bar for music throughout the house. Cards and games are available for the kids and grown-ups.

We hope that you choose Indigo House as your host property for your Exuma holiday. Turn on music via the TV and let it play throughout the house. Sit outside on the deck at night and watch the moon rise over the ocean. Look up through the layers of stars to view stars from both the Northern and Southern hemispheres the likes of which not seen in the continental united states. You are guaranteed to see a shooting star. Sit down on the benches near the water and watch the waves put on a show, they bounce sideways against the coral rocks, spin in every direction before melting into each other. Do exercises/yoga under the shaded pavilion down by the water. Swim in the ocean, use the boogie boards, snorkel, and look for lobsters in the coral heads.
